Yoga in Fortezza

Within the context of TRIMORE MULTISPORTS TOUR RETHYMNON,

a charity yoga event will be hosted on Friday 23 September at 19:00 in the FORTEZZA of Rethymno.

All earnings will be donated to the Association of parents and friends of people with autism of Rethymno. The yoga event is supported by the Hellenic Yoga Association.

Indicative price: 5 euros

During the event: Yoga session of 90 minutes (practice, meditation, relaxation) will be held in the Fortezza (concert area) accompanied by live yoga music.

*** All levels of practitioners are welcome - people with no previous experience in yoga are welcome too.

*** Please bring your mat!
