From August 30, the festival begins with a captivating blend of "Tango & Rempetiko" at the Prefecture square, featuring the music of Yannis Paximadakis' orchestra. This harmonious blends the festival's goal of uniting diverse cultures through the power of dance.

 From August 31 to September 4, the festival is open to all those who seek to immerse themselves in the world of tango. With a mix of classes and captivating presentations, A Los Amigos is the perfect blend of education and entertainment. Spread across different venues in Rethymno, attendees not only enjoy tango's elegance but also experience Cretan hospitality, all set at the picturesque backdrop of Rethymno.
