But Wines @ Fortezza is just one part of promoting Cretan food traditions. There is also the Cretan Diet FestivalCretan Diet Festival July 1-7 2024. During this week-long festival, there are lots of activities focused on Cretan gastronomy.
At the Cretan Diet Festival, you can attend fun tasting events to try different Cretan foods and drinks. There are cooking demonstrations where chefs make tasty traditional dishes. Experts give talks about the food industry on Crete.
The festival also has educational activities and cooking demonstrations so people can learn more about Cretan cuisine and Cretan products.
