Students and teachers from I.I.EEK MBS Rethymno will demonstrate how to make a traditional harvest cheese dish using dried fruits and carob.

8:45 pm - 9:15 pm: "ARKADI" Music & Dance Performance
Enjoy traditional music and folk dances from the "ARKADI" association, accompanied by the band of Konstantinos Markakis.

9:30 pm - 11:00 pm: Concert with Michalis Tzouganakis music band
Experience a special concert by the renowned Michalis Tzouganakis. Drawing inspiration from the music of his Cretan homeland, he brings a unique voice and innovative lute-playing style. His performances are unpredictable as he feeds off the energy of the audience. Get swept away by his musical currents!
