All Year Activities & Experiences that Rethymno offers
The FESTIVAL 260kmemories aims to highlight the fun activities and experiences that organizations and people offer in Crete all year round.
The festival is for professionals, groups, and associations involved in Alternative Tourism - Experience Tourism.
They will promote their services and experiences at the Alternative Tourism Exhibition Pavilion happening at Katehaki Square, Chania on May 13th and 14th.
During those same days, they will also provide live demonstrations of their activities for the public.
Rethymno Department of Sports will have a booth at the festival promoting the major running events they organize, such as Nikiforios Run, GeRunni Race, Armenia Race, Arkadia, City Running, and many more.
In recent years, Rethymno has been working to become a top destination for sports and sports tourism after successfully hosting major events like the 2019 Socca World Cup, 2019 ISOMAN Triathlon, Psilority International Mountain Race, and others.
Rethymno continues hosting annual sporting events such as Arkadia, Nikiforios Running, City Running, Beach Running, and numerous cycling events. Everyone looks forward to achieving more local and international sports successes in the future.
