The combination of fixed bike share parking locations, with the ability to start or end a ride at any public bike rack, maximizes ridership by supporting both routines as well as flexible trips.

In this dockless bike share system, bicycles are positioned around the city at dedicated bicycle parking racks, and other bicycle securing locations throughout the municipality.
