The Info Points provide travelers with various options to explore Rethymno. With so many choices, Rethymno offers a variety of different styles of retreats combining rest and relaxation with outdoor activities, such as swimming, scuba diving, hiking, or beach sports activities and important places or monuments to visit in and out of the city.

Activities are suggested, also, in the “Rethymno, all year round” leaflet, which includes customized offbeat travel and eco-friendly tours in Rethymnos’ countryside. These are hand crafted, personalized proposals that result in a supreme personal traveling experience offered to our visitors.

At the Info points the Department of Tourism of the Municipality can help visitors to plan and organize a pleasant stay in Rethymno.

Rethymno's public bus system KTEL

Rethymno may be reached by bus from other cities and villages on the island. The majority of the city is covered by bus routes, including popular tourist destinations, beaches, and residential districts.
