Celebrate the 7th Museum Birthday with Stavros Xarchakos Concert!
Join us for an extraordinary musical celebration as we commemorate the 7th anniversary of the Museum of Ancient Eleutherna, featuring the renowned composer Stavros Xarchakos. On July 19th, Xarchakos, along with Hera Saias and his orchestra, will grace us with a captivating concert, evoking the timeless poetry of Gatsos, Eleftheriou, Elytis, Cavafy, and Seferis.

This momentous occasion will be held as part of the Festival of Crete, supported by the Region of Crete and in collaboration with the Municipality of Rethymnon, the Ephorate of Antiquities of Rethymnon, the University of Crete, the Friends of the Museum, and local cultural associations.

Don't miss this unparalleled musical experience, set against the backdrop of the breathtaking ancient Eleutherna.
